Name, Marital Status, RFC (Tax ID), CURP (Unique Population Registry Code), Place of Birth, Date of Birth, Nationality.
Address, Telephone Number, Mobile Number, Email Address, Signature, Age, Occupation.
Work Address, Work Email, Work Telephone.
Date of Entry and Departure from Mexico, Duration of Stay, Immigration Status.
Real Estate, Bank Accounts, Identification Contact Information.
Immigration Information, Financial and Asset Information.
DATA SHARING AND RECIPIENTS:
We share your personal data within Mexico for the following purposes:
Mexican Trustee: Transfer or acquisition of real estate by or on behalf of a foreign national.
Attorneys or Law Firms: Transfer or purchase of real estate properties.
Other Real Estate Agencies: Purchase/sale of real estate properties.
Escrow Companies: Opening escrow accounts for real estate purchases.
Notaries Public: Legal transfer or purchase of real estate.
Homeowners Association (HOA): Proof of purchase, legal status, and rights/obligations within the community.

Consumer Bill of Rights
In all commercial transactions for the purchase and sale of residential housing, the provider commits to ensuring these are carried out in accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC), its Regulations, and the corresponding Official Mexican Standard (NOM). Therefore, the provider recognizes that consumers have the following rights:
Truthful Information: To receive truthful, clear, and updated information and advertising regarding the properties offered, regardless of the medium through which it is communicated (including digital media), to allow the consumer to make an informed purchasing decision based on the actual characteristics of the property.
Property Specifications: To be informed of the property's characteristics, including: land area, built area, type of structure, installations, finishes, accessories, parking spaces, common areas, available services, and the general physical condition of the property.
Freedom of Choice: To freely choose the property that best meets their needs and fits their purchasing capacity.
No Payments Without a Contract: To not make any payment until the contractual relationship is established in writing, with the exception of advances and operating expenses, under the terms provided by the LFPC.
Adhesion Contract: To sign an adhesion contract based on the model registered with the Federal Consumer Attorney's Office (PROFECO), stating the terms and conditions of the real estate transaction. After signing, the provider is obligated to deliver a signed copy of the contract to the consumer.
Safety and Quality: To acquire a property that meets the safety and quality standards established by applicable regulations and reflected in the information and advertising received.
Timely Delivery: To receive the property within the timeframe and under the conditions agreed upon with the provider in the respective adhesion contract.
Warranties: Where applicable, to exercise the warranties on real estate provided for in the LFPC, considering the specifications set forth in the respective adhesion contract.
Compensation and Repairs: To receive the corresponding bonus or compensation under the terms of the LFPC if, after a warranty has been exercised, defects or flaws persist. Furthermore, to have necessary repairs made for defects attributable to the provider, or to opt for property substitution or contract rescission when applicable.
Customer Service: To have access to free and accessible channels and mechanisms for inquiries, requests, claims, and suggestions, and to be informed of the provider's official address for notifications.
Legal Protection: The right to protection by competent authorities and under applicable laws, including the right to file complaints and claims before said authorities.
Privacy and Data Protection: To have a Privacy Notice available to understand and, if applicable, consent to the processing of personal data; to have personal data treated according to regulations, and to know the mechanisms for exercising ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition).
Non-Discrimination: To receive treatment free from discrimination. The sale or service of housing may not be denied or conditioned based on gender, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic under applicable law.
Choice of Notary: To freely choose the Notary Public for the deed execution and closing process (escrituración).
